Supporter

We are looking for support during setup, teardown, and throughout the festival. If you would like to support us during or after the festival, you will pay a ticket deposit, which will be refunded after your shifts. We will explain exactly how this works during the application process.

Please note: you do not need to purchase a regular ticket from the ticket shop! If you have already done so, enter your ticket code in the form and we will get back to you.

How to become a Supporter with us:

1. Registration

First, register on our MitWare portal.

2. Complete your profile

Then complete your profile so that we can assign you correctly.

3. Team assignment

We will then put your team together. This may take a few weeks—we will contact you as soon as it is ready.

4. Transfer deposit

Once your team has been finalized, you will have some time to transfer the deposit to us.

5. Select shift

Starting in the spring, you can choose your own shifts.

And most importantly: All applications are accepted. Everyone is welcome. ✨

Please note: Be sure to check your spam folder regularly throughout the application process.

You have the following options to support us (and get a ticket):

Build weekends: You help on at least 2 of the 4 possible build weekends on the following dates:

- 10–12 Apr

- 08–10 May

- 22–24 May

- 05–07 Jun

For your contribution to count equally to regular setup and dismantling shifts, you must have accumulated at least 24 working hours across build weekends.

Setup: You help on at least 4 days between 20 Jul and 30 Jul, or between 03 Aug and 06 Aug 2026. You'll be working approximately 6 hours per day.

Festival: You take on 2 shifts of 6 hours each on the days of 07–10 Aug. Ideally, your arrival date is Thursday, 06 Aug, or in time before your first shift.

Dismantling: You stay on after the festival for at least 4 additional days (11 Aug to 14 Aug) and help with the teardown. Dismantling begins on Tuesday at 11:00 am.

Art Exhibition

Here you can apply to participate in the art exhibition at the CoSy Festival 2026 from August 6 to August 10, 2026.

Your art should be visible for the entire duration of the event.

Setup: August 3–5

Teardown: August 11–13

The setup and teardown times must be strictly adhered to.
