Supporter

We are looking for support during setup, teardown, and throughout the festival. If you would like to support us during or after the festival, you will pay a ticket deposit, which will be refunded after your shifts. We will explain exactly how this works during the application process.

Please note: you do not need to purchase a regular ticket from the ticket shop! If you have already done so, enter your ticket code in the form and we will get back to you.

How to become a Supporter with us:

1. Registration

First, register on our MitWare portal.

2. Complete your profile

Then complete your profile so that we can assign you correctly.

3. Team assignment

We will then put your team together. This may take a few weeks—we will contact you as soon as it is ready.

4. Transfer deposit

Once your team has been finalized, you will have some time to transfer the deposit to us.

5. Select shift

Starting in the spring, you can choose your own shifts.

And most importantly: All applications are accepted. Everyone is welcome. ✨

Art Exhibition

Here you can apply to participate in the art exhibition at the CoSy Festival 2026 from August 6 to August 10, 2026.

Your art should be visible for the entire duration of the event.

Setup: August 3–5

Teardown: August 11–13

The setup and teardown times must be strictly adhered to.
