Supporters

We're still looking for support both for teardown and during the festival. If you'd like to support us during or after the festival, you pay a ticket deposit, which will be refunded to you after your shifts. We'll explain exactly how this works during the application process.

Note: you do not need to buy a regular ticket in the ticket shop! If you've already done so, enter your ticket code in the form and we'll get in touch with you.

Here's how to become a Supporter with us:

1. Registration

First, register on our MitWare portal. You'll then receive an email — please be sure to open it and click the link to your MitWare profile.

2. Complete your profile

Please then complete your profile so we can assign you correctly.

3. Team assignment

We'll then assign you to a team.

4. Transfer the deposit

Please transfer your ticket deposit as soon as possible. You'll receive all the details by email.

5. Choose your shift

You can choose your own shifts and request shift swaps.

And most importantly: all applications are accepted. Everyone is welcome. ✨ Note: Please be sure to check your spam folder regularly throughout the entire application process.

You have the following options for supporting us (and getting a ticket):

Festival: You take on 2 shifts of 6 hours each on the days from 07.08. to 10.08. Ideally, your arrival date is Thursday, 06.08., or in good time before your first shift. Note: We're still urgently looking for Supporters for Crowd Management, Bar, and Floater!

Teardown: You stay for at least 3 more days after the festival (11.08. to 13.08.) and help with teardown. Teardown starts on Tuesday at 11:00 AM. You'll receive all further information during the application process. If you have any questions, please contact:
